Refund & Return Policy

At Rolling Rebels, we stand behind the quality of our apparel and gear. Please review our return policy before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns on unworn, unused apparel items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed

  • Tags must still be attached

  • Items must be free of smoke, pet hair, stains, odors, or damage

  • Items must be returned in original condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Clearance items

  • Limited-run merchandise

  • Event merchandise

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or made-to-order items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once fulfillment or shipping has started.

Shipping Delays

Rolling Rebels is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, weather delays, or packages delayed due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Fraud & Chargebacks

Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed using all available order, tracking, and delivery confirmation information.
